• Mobile Task Management Server (MTMS) provides simple way for task process definition and execution. MTMS Process Definition Language enable customers to define their own processes.
• Integration Framework simplifies creation of Connectors to external Enterprise Information Systems (like CRM, ERP, BI, BPM etc.,) and their integration into MTMS processes.
• Client Protocol Adapter unifies communication between various client devices and MTMS. It allows the same instance of MTMS to serve users working on a wide range of mobile devices. Currently it supports clients working over HTTP(s) protocol and our Mobile Process Protocol (MPP) and in development also voice support (DTMF and/or voice recognition).
• Mobile Process Client (MPC) provides MPP handling on specific Mobile Device. In addition to out-of-the-box provided MPCs for most popular Mobile Devices, customer can create is own MPC to support MPP on desired Mobile Device.
